To help ensure a smooth, memorable stay for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you review and follow the house guidelines below.

*CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM – Self check-in with smart lock for easy, flexible arrival.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home and garage, which is situated atop a mountain on 2.5 acres of land. The private hot tub and outdoor wood-burning fireplace are located on the back patio, which is covered and can be enjoyed in the rain and snow. There is ample parking space for 6 vehicles.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Pet Policy:
We are dog-friendly and allow up to two dogs for a non-refundable pet fee ($150). Dogs must be declared prior to arrival...if dogs are brought without advance notice, guest will be charged $250 plus the standard non-refundable pet fee. If we find evidence of dogs using the bathroom inside or damages that will need repair, guest will be charged an additional fee after check-out.

We may occasionally allow more than two adult dogs (or a puppy) to stay on a case-by-case basis - if you are interested in this, please send a booking inquiry with the number of dogs and a description of each dog (age, breed, and size) for approval. Additional fees/deposits may apply and may be required to be paid prior to check-in.

Additional Information:
With 2.5 acres of land situated in the gated neighborhood of Fontana View, guests have access to the entire cabin and garage. If you plan to pull a trailer with your vehicle, please use 4WD to get up the gravel driveway. This will prevent your vehicle from digging out the gravel and creating wash out. During the winter months (December - February), 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended.

Laundry services are outsourced and are not included in the standard cleaning fee. An additional laundry fee may be added based on the duration and/or number of guests (ex. 6 guests for 1 night). Please send us a booking inquiry for additional information.
