"People still cleaning when we arrived at 4:00 to check in. They left a lot of dirty towels behind. Oven door hung by left screws right side just dangled. Sent pictures to host but no one came to fix them. Pool was dirty and very low hot tub also. Turns out pool not safe so we never got to use it. ..."
