This elegant 90 sqm deco suite is situated in the center of the city 200 meters from the Opera and 3 min. walk from st. Stephen's Basilica behind the luxury Andrássy Avenue, next to the always busy cosmopolitan area of the old Jewish Quarter.

Enjoy the historical touch in this magnificent flat with the combination of the original style and the modern living standards, design items.

The spacious living room of 30 sqm with small balcony, smart tv, hifi/wi-fi, ac serves your lounging.

The separated dining room gives opportunity for big breakfasts to start the new day in a good mood or even for an atmospheric dinner together at evening.

The 2 elegant bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, one of them with led-tv for your relaxation. The extra bed for the fifth guest is a sofa bed in the living room (bed size: 115x210 cm).

In 2 bathrooms (one with wc, bidet and xxl-shower, the other one with wc and tub) you can take your refreshing shower or relaxing bath. Hairdyers in both bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen serves your comfort. All the kitchen equipments as the cutlery, glasses, porcelain tableware are signed with the label of the best European brands. The Nespresso machine and foam maker makes your morning more enjoyable.

High speed internet connection and free wi-fi access, 1 smart-tv, 1 led-tv, air condition, safe, espresso machine, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, dryer rack, iron, iron board, travel cot, high chair and a tub for baby, hairdryers.

The house built in the last years of the Monarchy (Hungarian-Austrian Empire) in 1912-13. With one of the first elevator of the city.

Since autumn 2023 there is a hotel construction work next to the building. On some weekdays in work hours it can be some louder work phase or some street noice which is not disturbing in the apartment.

We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations—they were exactly as described, if not even better. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, yet tucked away on a quiet street, offering a peaceful retreat from the nightlife. Tibor was an outstanding host, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. While we were a party of three, the space is spacious and would comfortably suit larger families as well. Highly recommend!We look forward to coming back.

This property was by far the most pleasant accommodation of our 3 week/4 country trip through Europe. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped. The location was ideal to access all that Prague had to offer, within walking distance or an easy trip on public transit. Tibor is a wonderful host - always available. He gives so much information on visiting Budapest - we had maps and books - super. The apartment is in excellent condition - with everything you need to live. There is construction on a new building next door - but with ear plugs in for sleeping it was not an issue if you are up and out an about during the day.So many thanks to Tibor and his partner for helping us to exit with all our luggage - and accommodating a late pickup for our luggage.Many thanks for an excellent stay in Budapest.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Budapest. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. On arrival there is some graffiti on the outside of the building but don’t be put off once you see the apartment you will be more than happy. There is a wonderful coffee shop at the corner of the street and a fabulous restaurant a little further down. The apartment is well placed for easy access to everything and we would definitely stay again

The apartment is classically restores and has lovely light and ambiance. It is on a quiet street although it is in the midst of all the goings-on. Although the lobby is under renovation in a needed upgrade, the building itself was nice and the people kind as we crossed paths. The elevator is brand new and worked beautifully. I loved my stay!

Wonderful apartment with lots of room. Very well appointed with goods and appliances. Great shower. A good washer/dryer with decipherable controls. Big windows. Responsive and friendly host. What more could we ask? We could stay a month. (Entrance way of the building is rough looking, but pay no mind.)

The apartment was lovely and well located. But there was considerable street noise due to a major construction project next door which interrupted sleep in the early morning. The lobby of the building was uninviting and not well lit. We were using both bedrooms and would have appreciated more bed pillows and towels as our stay was for four nights. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any messages.
