While the building is situated near transport links—including the airport bus stop (50 meter from our entrance), metro, and trams—the flat itself is incredibly quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Just a 5-6 minute walk to the Danube, the apartment is on the 3rd/top floor of a historic building, accessible by lift.The area is ideal for exploring on foot, with attractions like the National Museum, Great Market Hall, and Váci Street all within easy reach. The bustling gastronomic scene, featuring over 30 restaurants and cafes, is only a 3-minute walk away.
Spanning 70 sqm with Air-con, the apartment includes two bedrooms (2 king size beds, 1 single bed) accommodating up to five guests—perfect for families or two couples. Perfect location. Host was easily contactable and replied promptly. Apartment was well stocked with tea, coffee, soap, toilet rolls etc. Washing machine (& liquid) was also available. Liquid soap in bathroom and kitchen was provided. Excellent value for money.

Quiet, beautiful and safe apartment

Great location and is yet still very quiet and secluded away from the street noise. Beautiful high ceilinged old building with all the modern extras. Loved our stay here and Sophie was so lovely and helpful.

Wonderful Budapest apartment!

This is a lovely apartment in a great location! We walked to many places or jumped on the nearby metro. It is across the street from the Hungarian National Museum. The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable, and very quiet. We hope to stay again when we next return to Budapest!

Beautiful flat in a central neighborhood

My daughter and I loved your flat, it fit us beautifully and we had more space than necessary. The two bedrooms were perfect, we loved the large bathroom, livingroom and kitchen. Great location to see the entire city

In the middle of everything. Walking distance to pubs, castles, museums, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, etc. No need for a car here.

Perfect stay in central Budapest

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We arrived after midnight and Sophie's instructions for getting into the apartment were great. All her information was really useful. The apartment is spacious, clean & had everything we needed. It's close to the river, tram, metro and airport bus stop, so a perfect location. I would highly recommend this apartment :)

A perfect place to stay in Budapest!

A friend and I stayed here for a week. The apartment is lovely, well appointed and clean. It is within walking distance of many tourist sites, restaurants and venues, and is situated conveniently to many bus and transit lines. The airport 100 bus stop is across the street, so getting to and from the airport is a breeze! Sophia is communicative and accommodating.

Loved the apartment

This apartment was in a convenient location. The inside is adorable. It was spotless. The mattresses were comfortable. I thought the apartment was very cool. It has a local vibe. In NYC we don't have the courtyard style apartments. It seems like a common architectural style as even the Terror Museum was set up that way. I liked it. My family enjoyed staying there. It was easy to get in. It felt safe. We walked most places. My only advice is to get more comfortable blankets. The day bed didn't have sheets but somehow we made it work anyway. It was very helpful to have access to the washer. There were conveniently drying racks. I would highly recommend this place for your Budapest stay.

A place to make yourself at home

Character apartment, high ceilings, casement windows, etc. Excellent amenities — workable kitchen-eating area, comfortable living space, quiet sleeping, good bedside lighting and other details. Attentive and responsive host. Location on the tram line, across from the metro and airport bus stop, 400 metres from the central market and a further 50 metres to the riverside. Simply could not have been a better experience.

This flat is better than the pictures. So clean and adorable with everything you need. The location is perfect with quite a few attractions within walking distance! So many restaurants to choose from. Sophia was a great host with easy communication. Thanks for everything !

Prachtig appartement op top locatie!

Heel fijn appartement. Wij verbleven er met 2 stellen en dat was heel goed te doen. Voldoende ruimte, prima en ruime bedden. Fijn dat er airco was. Op loopafstand van het centrum dus dat was helemaal top.

Fantastik beliggenhed til sightseeing.

Lejligheden ligger utrolig centralt for oplevelser. Og alligevel skærmet fra bystøj. Udlejer er venlig og hjælpsom med oplysninger og information om by og ophold. Boligen er indbydende , hyggelig, og veludstyret. Kan varmt anbefales.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in Budapest

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Sofia war problemlos und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Sie liegt ideal mitten in Budapest und man kann zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche :-)

Very comfortable, very central

Enjoyed three excellent days in this centrally located apartment in historic Budapest building. Just steps from the Central Market...about 8 minutes to the Gellert Thermal Baths...very walkable. Apartment has two full bedrooms although one is more of a loft and requires climbing stairs to use the bathroom, etc. Still, it was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen, very large bathtub. Building has a smallish elevator which made life easier since apartment is on the third floor. Definitely would recommend this property.
