5 star hotel in a beautiful historic building

Brand new 5 star Hotel in a beautiful historic building, what a fantastic combination, in the heart of Budapest! You exit the hotel building and the Opera house is opposite you. wow... Excellent Service and very nice Staff both in the restaurant and in the hotel. The modern rooms are on the 5th floor, we stayed here now. simply perfect. I highly recommend it.

This is a new addition to the w family and it shows. Staff are eager to please and attentive. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculate. It also has all the modern amenities needed and staff are willing to go above and beyond. They are knowledgable and offer excellent advice on dining options and excursions. But….the hotel is not used to being at capacity. As the hotel got busier small flaws appeared such as running out of basic items at breakfast and a slow unresponsive wait staff. Having said this I would book again and recommend to friends and family. I only envisage the hotel getting better and would definitely stay at future new w hotels. Easily located in heart of pest. Close to various dining options and the river. We used lime scooters and got about easily in foot without need for taxi. Safe neighbourhood along a glamorous street (adjacent to Gucci etc)

天井が高く、壁一面鏡で広く感じられる。照明も通常の天井からの照明だけで無く間接照明も充実して調光でき、非常に快適。石張りの洗面も床暖、タオル乾燥用オイルヒーターもあり、シャワー浴後、体の水滴拭きあげる時も寒くない。アイロンも完備し、若干皺が気になる服も直ぐに改善できる。ベッドが快適。アメニィが充実してる。スタッフの応対もよく、対応が速い。唯一の欠点、ホテルエントランスが分かりにくい。タクシーは大通り沿いで乗客を降ろすが、そこはレストランで、レセプションやエントランスは建物を観て左にあり

Insuperable ubicación, hotel acogedor y servicio de primera. Deberían mejorar el desayuno, poner quesos y jamones de mejor calidad, los panes estaban con moscas revoloteando

We absolutely loved our stay! Since there were three of us, we requested a rollaway bed—and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was 😄 Breakfast was lovely, high-quality food and various options. The room was also very quiet, facing the back of the building. Dinner option didn't work for me because we wanted to sit outside and DJ playing outside was a bit too loud, but that's simply a personal prefference, there are plenty dinner spots around. Alisa at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and hospitable.
