Contactless stay with a very flexible way to retrieve and return keys, and very budget friendly for a great and convenient location, that was very accessible to the city and airport. It was very easy to be in touch with the administrators and everyone was very helpful, professional and polite aiming to resolve an internet issue. The area was sensitive to noise though but manageable.

A great location in centrum Budapest.

Zonaflat - Opera Apt located in center of Budaspest, a great location for walking to catch a bus or metro. the apartment is fine for 6 to 8 people. I recommend this apartment to all those want visiting Budapest !

casa giusta per tre o quattro persone in centro

come sopra in quindi ottima per muoversi anche a piedi (telefonare prima al proprietario per non avere sorprese al ceck in soprattutto farsi dare un numero di riferimento a budapest per il resto tutto bene NB hoavuto modo di confrontare un altra struttura alternativa a questa dove ho passato la prima notte assolutamente negativa a parte la struttura ma il posto era decentrato non poco comunque dopo si e conclusa benissimo .

Ottima vacanza con appartamento con servizi indispensabili per chi vuole passare un soggiorno come se fosse a casa con possibilita di cucinare e lavare i panni in maniera autonoma. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Da rivedere qualche dettaglio tipo i cuscini o la macchinetta del caffè.

Perfect location, lots of space

Perfect location, right behind the opera and just beside metro. The apartment is really big. For a long weekend it was perfect for our family. Some update in the apartment could be done, such as a new shower head or matching bedding sets to make it look prettier and few stuff here and there that are a bit tired. But overall, we really liked staying there and the landlord was really accommodating to let us stay until 5 pm on the day to leave.

Hyvä sijainti, edullinen

Saimme eri huoneiston kuin mitä varasimme mutta se oli ihan ok, huoneisto oli suurempi ja maksoimme saman hinnan. Huoneisto oli myös lähellä alkuperäistä sijaintia. Sijainti operan vieressä oli erittäin hyvä. Operan metroasemalta pääsi kätevästi mm. szetsenin kylpylään ja eläintarhaan, jotka ovat kaupungin puistossa. Lisäksi operan lähellä on paljon kivoja kahviloita ja ravintoloita ja kävelymatka keskustaan. Huoneisto oli alimmassa kerroksessa ja meteliä kadulta ja ylemmistä kerroksista kuului kyllä. Huoneessa oli melko likaiset lattiat, mikä hiukan ärsytti. Muuten huoneisto oli erittäin tilava ja varustelu riittävä. Yhteydenpito henkilökuntaan onnistui helposti ja lentokenttäkuljetus oli ihan sujuva.

Flat location great but very little sunlight

Flat location is great. Flat itself is also OK with all possible things in it. The biggest downside was that the flat is on the ground floor, with one window going inside the inner year, so for that reason very little sunlight gets into the flat. If the flat is only for sleeping, then good.

Excelente localização há duas quadras do metrô (linha amarela). O apartamento é pequeno mas com os espaços muito bem aproveitados. Possuia duas camas de casal no mesanino. Na parte debaixo, uma pequena sala com mesa e cozinha anexa. No banheiro tinha uma máquina de lavar. Meu único ponto negativo é a necessidade de manutenção do sistema de aquecimento da água. Depois de uma meia hora de uso, a água esfriava e era necessário aguardar algumas horas para o restabelecimento. A pia do banheiro estava entupida. A água retornava pelo ralo central do chão do banheiro. O Kristian, nosso anfitrião foi muito atencioso.

Lovely apartment close to sights, metro, etc.

Nice place, properly cleaned and directly by the back entrance of the opera. Good cleaning, easy drop off of keys upon aarival and placing of keys when leaving early. Wpuld definityl reocmmend it, as the apartment is close to several sights, the metro, the jewish quarter for food etc.
