This converted wing of the main house has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and enjoys fabulous views. Located just 2.5 miles from the popular seaside town of Bude, the property is within easy reach of its selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, Splashpool and canal, which can all be reached by car or by following the nearby coastal path. Venture a little further afield and you will pass a wealth of well-known attractions, including the traditional Devon fishing village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets, the Eden Project and Tintagel Castle. Beach lovers should head to Summerleaze, Crooklets, Widemouth and Sandymouth, all within two miles and visible from the property.

Stepping inside, the accommodation is contemporary and bright throughout with an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen/diner includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave, plus a good-sized dining table and a door leading outside to the rear patio area. The cosy lounge area has a TV with DVD and has spectacular views over the rolling countryside towards the sea. From the lounge, French doors open onto the large decked area outside to the front of the property to take full advantage of the views. Next to the lounge, the conservatory is the perfect place to relax with a book and enjoy the spectacular views all year round, while at night it is great for a spot of stargazing using the telescope provided. The fresh and light double bedroom also enjoys sea views and is served by a separate shower room with WC.

Outside at the front of the property, the decked area is a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink with a view, while the private patio at the rear of the proeprty is perfect for summer BBQs. Guests are also invited to make use of the two adjacent fields.
