The cottage sits on the side of the beautiful Bush Valley surrounded by peaceful countryside and an abundance of wildlife. Yet just two miles from Bude Town, and the Atlantic Coast highway. Its situated at the end of a public bridleway with breath taking views of the valley a great place to unwind or to explore all that Cornwall and Devon Offer.

The cottage has a cosy kitchen/Living room well equipped with views over the surrounding Valley. Buzzards fly overhead and rabbits and pheasants wander around the gardens.

The cottage has a large bedroom upstairs, downstairs is the well equipped open plan kitchen, dining room, living room. There is also a modern Bathroom outside is a small patio area with table & Chairs making the most of the views and alfresco dining, with ample parking.
