Clean room. Housekeeping were great. Check-in took awhile as it was booked through a third party and the room type did not match what was selected. I had to pay more for a second bed. We never used the pool. A fitness center was not available as house keeling was storage carts and materials in the fitness center.

We enjoyed our stay! The two room suite was perfect for our big family. Conveniently located, right across the street from Knott’s but not a far drive from Disneyland either. The cleaners were great and came and made the bed daily, which I appreciated because many places don’t offer room service cleaning anymore. The staff was very friendly. The only thing about our stay that could have been better was the floors definitely needed mopped. We had to walk around with shoes on because they were pretty dirty. But overall, I would stay here again.
