"The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel location was convenient for food, light shopping, and etc. A couple things though, no face towels only big towels and the WiFi was not steady. Great customer service!"

"Excelente, estuvimos en el día del terremoto ocurrido en Cali y nos sentimos seguros, el edificio no sufrió daños significativos como en otros sitios de la ciudad. La zona es muy tranquila y la cafetería que está en el primer piso tiene unos desayunos deliciosos!"

"This is a very traditional hotel in Cali, and I absolutely loved the location. It's super convenient and feels safe, with many tourist attractions within walking distance, including the Cali River, La Plazoleta de Jairo Varela, El Gato, La Tertulia, and more. The Food is amazing, the welcome cocktail was delicious, their empanadas are a must-try, and breakfast was one of the best. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also have drivers outside the hotel who you can rely on to take you around the city or airport for a fee. The Rooms are very spacious and quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Overall I had a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cali."

"Obviously, things were not perfect being only one week after the earthquake. But the staff was exceptional. The hotel is close to all the amenities needed. The views are spectacular. Wonderful pool. Delicious food (especially the ceviche). But again the staff went above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
