"Lovely clean and spacious room, with toiletries provided and kitchenette facilities. Staff were very helpful and provided helpful local business suggestions and happily stored our luggage between stays."

"We first got given a room where the bathroom door was tilted of the hinges and wouldn't even close. After asking reception to swap room the staff said there was no rooms left regardless of all the availability I could see online and that the maintenance man would come fix it tomorrow. The next day nothing happened so we complained again the this staff member was nice enough to let us switch room after I showed him all the availability i could see online. Super old however its every conveniently place and affordable. Photos do not match images so yeah book at your own discretion"

"It’s hard to imagine that there is a better place to stay in Buenos Aires. The Palace is a beautiful hotel with incredible service and attention to detail. The concierge staff helped take our trip to a higher level. The hotel is also in a high-end neighborhood and within walking distance of quite a few major sights. We highly recommend!"

"The hotel is in a great location, close to many things to see and do, with great restaurant options, a supermarket, and a pharmacy nearby. The staff are amazing, willing to go above and beyond, and very accommodating! The room I had was clean and a nice size, with a small kitchen, including a fridge and stove. The a/c and internet worked very well. I'll definitely stay here again!"
