Receptionist gave me VIP treatment & upgrade to Superior Room. He also assisted in obtaining my Migraciones Confirmation. Room clean, with very comfortable bed. Breakfast (as always) very friendly and efficient in maintaining a very clean environment.

The service was excellent. All employees were so pleasant and so helpful !! Everyone. Great location, good breakfast , quiet. I will come back to this hotel and highly recommend it.

Nice hotel in agreat place with a lot restaurants, great staff at frontdesk and bar the older bartenders. Only bartender in the hotel around 50 years watch out as he's putting charging you crazy amounts if you pay cash.

Had problems with toilet not flushing, was repaired the same day. Better response time than many European hotels. Full marks to the Receptionist and the Bisonte Palace Support Team, for their efficiency.

On my departure day, there was an electrical storm with heavy rain. I had tried phoning for a taxi to take me to Ezeiza Airport, but all lines were busy. At Check-Out however the Receptionist and Doorman organised a taxi for me. Exceptional service.

Hotel was clean, well furnished, but staff were not very helpful, just tried to take advantage of you, like making reservations at higher prices to get comissikn, changing currency well below the going rates, not helpful at all with the baggage, not helpful finding a taxi. Etc.

El hotel es lino. Ofrece desayuno bufet adecuado. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque la nuestra no tenía mesa. La pedimos y nos la proporcionaron. En algún momento solicitamos toallas porque olvidaron ponerlas en la habitación y nos las dieron sucias, aunque esto pasó sólo una vez. El frigo bar del cuarto no servía, pero nos quejamos y lo cambiaron. El personal amable en general y nos ayudo a resolver diversas dudas sobre nuestra estancia y los alrededores.

Leiam atentamente antes de reservarem este hotel!

Vou falar em tópicos: - Limpeza: Ao entrar no quarto, tinha manchas no chão (que era carpete), marcas de queimadura por cigarro nos lençóis (mesmo meu quarto sendo de não-fumante), vestígios de má limpeza no banheiro (cabelo, rejunte sujo, espelhos com manchas), poeira no closet. - Ar Condicionado: O hotel NÃO TEM ar condicionado individual por quarto. Eles possuem uma central e você apenas escolhe se quer a ventilação ou não. Isto não seria um problema se a temperatura fosse sempre fria. Nas duas primeiras noites, não consegui dormir porque a ventilação era quente. Reclamei, mandaram alguém no quarto, na terceira noite, mesmo problema. Trocaram meu quarto. No novo quarto, consegui ter uma noite melhor, porém na última noite, a quinta, nem ventilação tinha. Das 5 noites, apenas 1 tive conforto pra dormir, em um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas. No check-out, disseram que não poderiam fazer nada, nem em valores, pela péssima estadia que tive. - Café da manhã: Novamente, um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas, não serve um café da manhã com variedade. O local é apertado, as vezes você precisa esperar liberar uma mesa, não há muitas opções do que comer. - Geral: Fiquei muito insatisfeito com essa estadia. Café da manhã limitado (não vale o valor que cobram extra), NÃO TEM ar condicionado individual, limpeza muito ruim. Pedi até para cancelarem minha estadia, que eu achava outro hotel, mas disseram que não podia e que iam resolver os problemas.

Excelente 3 estrellas volvería sin dudas

Es un hotel con muy buena estructura y algo de falta de mantenimiento ( alfombras de los cuartos, almohadas). Cumple con sus 3 estrellas en el resto. El diploma de honor es para su PERSONAL desde la recepción,mucamas,mozos, TODOS son serviciales,educados,amables,todos le dan un plus al hotel. Volvería sin dudas.
