Welcome to our apartment located in a privileged area of ​​the city!

This apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is perfect to accommodate up to 7 people. In addition, it has two individual sofa beds for more comfort. The apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the gardens of the German Embassy and the Abbey of San Benito.

For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and in the living area, to maintain a comfortable temperature during your stay. It also has a separate laundry room so you can wash and dry your clothes without having to leave the apartment.

For those who need to stay connected, we offer high speed internet so they can work or enjoy their content online without problems.

The location of this apartment is perfect for those who want to explore the points of interest of the city. Just a few meters from Av. del Libertador, the main entrance to the Bosques de Palermo, the Rosedal and the Polo Field, you will have easy access to these wonderful places.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.

Great location mediocre apartment

The location is great. The building is old and has its issues. The condition of the condo was okay; however, we found a lot of cockroachesin the kitchen, the kitchen table was broken as well as a light in the living room.I usually rent a condo in this area with great experience. This time i needed a three bedroom so this condo was the only option. With that said,I do not recommend staying there.
