Great location for a not too pricey but convenient hotel, walking distance from Corrientes Avenue -where theaters, street artists and outdoor dining is) a bit odd in its architecture but the room itself was very nice.

The hotel was old, but reasonably maintained. The shower had a good temperature, although the shower head is low if you’re a tall person and the shower curtain was plastic (I prefer a glass curtain). The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had a nice size. The airconditioning wasn’t powerful enough for the size of the room, the room didn’t become cold, even with the air condicione e on in full power. All in all, it was a good price for what’s offered, it’s very close to avenida Corrientes and walking distance to Pizzeria Guerin.

Great location nearby to shopping, restaurants and transport. Also the staff were cheerful, very helpful with my visit. Any questions I had about area shops, restaurants the staff were always giving useful tips. So much appreciated as we didnt know the area.

We got two rooms, in both we couldn't close the windows (broken handle and windows stayed open the whole night: noisy street). pillows and cases were very very smelly from evident long use and not washing them.

Staff were great, property was very clean, good variety of food for breakfast. So-so neighbourhood. They do NOT have an airport shuttle even though expedia stated that they do. This needs to be updated.

tiny toilet missing a sink, room had a kitchen sink in the room instead. mattresses in evident worn out state. excellent AC. breakfast is very simple, based only on sweet pastries, coffee and tea. shower was broken and fixed with staples. my bedsheets had woman's hair on arrival.

We had a very nice room with 3 twin beds. The bathroom and bedroom met our needs. Breakfast was plentiful. All of the staff who we interacted with (reception and cleaning) were friendly and helpful. Staff assisted us with currency exchange and reserving a taxi to the airport. We walked around the neighborhood; there was much trash there, and we had been warned about not displaying cellphones, cameras, and jewelry while walking around and we followed that advice. We ate rotisserie chicken, salad, and fries at a restaurant a short walk from the hotel - it was delicious!

When I requested a cab from my previous hotel, I thought they accepted credit cards. When I arrived at O2 I didn’t have cash. I went in to the desk and a very nice man who speaks Ingles helped me and ran out to the cab and paid him. I was very surprised and relieved. He continued to be attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

Una estafa

Las fotos de los cuartos son una mentira, los cuartos no son como se muestran en las fotos. Me cobraron de más me dijeron que era un impuesto de 21% pero al ver el detalle de los pagados el impuesto salía 0.00 y todo el resto era el servicio del hotel. Muebles en mal estado, sabanas y almortas viejas y en mal estado.
