Beautiful three bedroom, two full bathroom upper apartment with finished loft space and off street parking central to all of WNY. On the main floor find a cozy living area with sectional, a dining room, a full kitchen, and an upper balcony with patio seating. Also on the main floor, find three bedrooms all with TV's + firesticks, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The finished loft area has a futon, tv + firestick, and a full bathroom with a tub. A lovely spot

We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well appointed. It's a short walk to Hertel Ave which has a bunch of shopping and restaurant options. The host was friendly, accommodating, and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend it and would totally book this again if I was in the area.
