Close to tons of mom & pop yummy restaurants (McPartlans, Share, Irishman, Duffs, Britesmith) lots of chain restaurants close-by to choose from (Cheesecake Factory, Bravo, Longhorn). No events (guests over 4 people at once) are allowed at home. Overnight hospitality only. Any event must be discussed in writing and fee is required
cleaning fees for excessively dirty space (space not left as on arrival) will be applied at $100 plus- including dog droppings not cleaned up
