We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhome was beautiful & clean & had the necessary essentials. There were a couple of hiccups but they were addressed immediately. We really enjoyed the deer that visited us daily in the yard. My only complaint would be there was no where for coats & with it being winter we had coats & no where to hang them upon entering the house. So some type of coat rack on the wall behind the door or even in the garage would be helpful. The location was great & the space was great for entertaining for some college football & to pregame for the last Bills home game at the original stadium.

We had a very nice stay with only a couple minor bugaboos. The place has a tankless water heater, which required blasting the water in the sinks for it to activate. Otherwise you'll only get cold water. Sort of related, the steam from the shower managed to set off the smoke alarms one of the nights, which caused a minor panic. But overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

We had a lovely stay. Rented this place out for family to stay for a wedding weekend- was just what we needed. Backyard had a beautiful sunrise. Hosts had great communication throughout the process as well!

This townhouse is brand new, very nicely furnished and decorated. It is within distance to all the Buffalo area has to offer.The cleanliness is immaculate, and it is well stocked with essentials. John the owner responds within minutes if needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. The visit was only 2 nights, however, so much more relaxing than a hotel and a very quiet neighborhood. Again 5 stars*****

A Buffalo Visit Must Stay

We recently stayed at a new house near the Buffalo Bills stadium and had an outstanding experience. The location is perfect—just minutes from Highmark Stadium, making it ideal for game days, and also close to the Lake Erie waterfront with its great restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Downtown Buffalo is an easy drive away, so exploring the city’s attractions was a breeze.The house itself is immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Everything felt fresh and modern, from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious living areas and bedrooms. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, like fast WiFi, streaming TVs, on-site parking (even a garage), and a peaceful neighborhood setting.It was great to have so many dining and entertainment options nearby (Best of Buffalo dining an easy drive). We have rented many VRBOs but this was the best of all of them and we’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit—it’s the perfect home base for experiencing the best of Buffalo, the Bills, and Lake Erie! Go Bills!

Property was clean and spacious. Communication with our host was great. Six of us came into town for a wedding and the property met all of our needs. Great location if you are coming into visit Buffalo, Niagara Falls, the south towns, or a concert or a Bills game at the stadium. Highly recommend this property!

Their home is very beautiful and clean and spotless …., very quite and safe neighborhood It had everything from A-to-Z all that you ever need to stay in a 5 Star Pl. everything was nearby. I came to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side and also drove up to Mississauga Canada a couple of times. Everything is nearby The host provided everything you need. It’s like I never left my own Home… the only thing my teenage daughters wished for a long mirror to see there outfits of the day … But over all very beautiful Home

Clean, comfortable townhome within minutes to various stores/ restaurants

We stayed for a couple nights while visiting family in the area. This is a new construction, and it is decorated impeccably to make you feel right at home. It was very clean, and had all the amenities you could need. The beds were comfortable as well- which is a huge contender for us. The neighborhood itself is family oriented and felt safe. The space was great for us and additional family to hang out for some quality family time. The fact that Wegmans, Starbucks and the McKinley Mall are so close was great as well. And there are quite a few restaurants near by to pick from. We recommend Ilio DiPaolo's for some good Italian. We did drive into downtown Buffalo as well, and it was a short 15 min easy drive. Overall, 5 stars and we would certainly stay again.
