"The room has multiple lights that were burnt out or would not turn on. None of the wall outlets worked for charging. The sheets had large red stains and brown stains on them, and the coat closet smelled like weed."

"If you like sleeping in an ashtray, this is your place. The smell of my room was as if someone was smoking in my room at that moment. In the back of the building, there are piles of cigarette butts as well as INSIDE THE DOORWAY into the building. Of course, there is a "No Smoking" sign at the entrance ..."
