Private: property 780 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.) with internal staircase. Barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 4 km, railway station 25 km, pebble beach 7 km, rocky beach 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 4 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 500 m.
