Staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Reginald, helped me organise an excellentvtaxi friver for a day trip.in the surrounding area. I stayed in winter and the room was freezing cold, too cold to sit in the room and no heaters were avaiable. Extra blankets were provided for the bed

The Bulawayo Club is a fantastic historic place to visit and the staff makes you feel absolutely welcome.The food was outstanding.The best Fish & Chips south of the Equator served along with great local Craft Beer. Certainly a place I would like to visit again in the future! Thank you!

Colonial beauty in the heart of the CBD

Beautiful rooms in a hotel in the heart of the Bulawayo CBD. Service from staff was excelleny and the food fantastic. Breakfast options were limited to full English breakfast. Hotel environs were not good but this is symptomatic of the CBD as a whole.

Excellent old colonial hotel run by wonderful, professional and very approachable staff. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Very warm welcome which remained throughout my 5 day stay. A unique experience with the wonderful old gentlemens club with lots of rooms of rooms to explore topped off with wonderful staff.

Nice stay in a historic building

Overall my stay went very well. Staff was very kind and ready to assist, the breakfast included was simple but tasty and the restaurant also provides quality. The room was comfy and spacious. The only drawback was that my room faced the main street which was very busy and noisy both Saturday and Sunday night. Monday was perfect though.

The club is beautiful and the staff are superb. Cant speak highly enough. Especially Reginald at the front desk. The surrounding is typical noisy, dirty africa. Although certainly not as bad as Harare! But the Club is a quiet clean friendky oasis. Wonderful place to stay

The Bulawayo Club is a delightful setting and a fascinating building offering a look into a very specific part of Bulawayo history. It does suffer a little from some ageing plumbing in some of the rooms. The location and the history of the building are fantastic. Dinner was great, although you need to be patient. Sitting by the fountain in the small courtyard was very pleasant. The staff were great and attentive. This is “dated elegance”!

Hotel bygone era. -Amazing

If you like a bit of yesteryear then this is the perfect hotel for you. The service amazing. Own massive balconies over a busy town. Right in the centre of town Hot water galore and the option eating in-house too.

The Bulawayo Club is an old gentlemen’s club converted into a hotel. The building is gorgeous and there is a lot of history on display. It is pretty noisy during the day due to its location in the center of downtown but it is very quiet at night. Wonderful staff and spare but nice rooms.
