"This is a lovely condo in a great location. River view was amazing from the spacious patio. The kitchen was fully equipped and efficient. Our owner was very responsive to questions prior to our stay which was very helpful. Bedrooms are huge and we won the toss for the Master and the coveted spa/tub! Our pups really enjoyed the walks to the island and their daily goose encounters! The pet amenity stations were helpful as well. A very enjoyable stay all around. "

"The front desk is only open certain hours and not at all on Sunday. The desk was closed at 10:00pm on Friday night, room was not clean, waited to get it cleaned, the bathroom was absolutely nasty, dead roaches behind the toilet, the shower had not been cleaned in a long time, the shower curtain was disgusting and the carpet came out of the Ark. This is room 201 anyway."
