"We came to FL for my stepdaughter’s highschool graduation and I’m so happy I found this place! The condo is in a perfect location - convenient to everything. It has all you need to enjoy a beach stay. There are beach chairs (and maybe an umbrella - we didn’t use it) in the second bedroom closet. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water, and the balcony is nice for early morning/late evening sitting with coffee or a cold drink to enjoy the the ocean breeze and waves. I overlooked several things (parking spot - it’s in front of garage door I; wifi password is on the fridge; the keypad on the door can be a little finicky - you have to really make sure it’s pulled all the way closed) I sent messages to the host she was kind enough to respond to me even though she was out of the country. It’s a great little spot! We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The condo was clean and well equipped with the amenities needed for a week long stay. The owner's communication leading up to and during the stay made our stay stress free. The condo was exactly as described and in a perfect, quiet location with access to the beach, and an easy drive into the Daytona area. The condo borders a state park, so early morning sunrise runs along the shore are magnificent! We would definitely stay at this property again. Highly recommended."

"There were no body wash in our bathroom. The tv kept cutting off in the slight chance of rain. It was very disappointing. The breakfast bar was tasteless. There were no butter for the pancakes and it was nasty. The bacon was burnt"

"Everything was great, I had no problem at all, maybe more options on breakfast and from the heart, you guys need more front desk agents, I feel like the wonderful lady at front desk needs a rest. But everything was great, housekeeping was delightful. Is a good place for the price, if you’re not pretentious and expect a castle, this is the place for those adventurous travelers that need to save the pocket. It was cleaned, comfortable, had options to eat and get things and gas, parking was comfortable, the AC worked fine, they provided towels and soaps. I really have no problem with them, I even arrived the next day of my reservation and they saved it. They never cancelled, and it was ready to go as soon as I arrived. Would definitely stay here again."

"The place was nice but we had a few issues that just were a bit unacceptable. 1. I was made to pay damage insurance (never been required to do that before) and then there were signs all over with warnings like 50 if sand is left on chairs, 20/towel if you get makeup on them, etc. 2. The air was set to 72 and could not be changed. My son couldn’t sleep because he was drenched in sweat. There were fans in the rooms but they just circulated the warm air. I reached out to the host and was told that we could not go below 72 because the air conditioner would freeze. 3. One night we got a message that there was a mandatory kitchen inspection the next morning. The man who came in was super nice but asked if we had noticed anything wet. We mentioned that there was a musty mildew smell and he said that was because there was a leak under the sink and that we needed to dump the bucket of water (that was currently full) regularly. The last thing that did not sit well was that I just opened my messages after several days back and had a message that read “why did you leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we specifically told you not to?…” and had pictures of the dishes. First of all, I apologized for that because we thought we ran it. All of the other things on the list had been done and I thought this was an aggressive way to handle that."
