The place was spotless huge three bedroom two bath with a large living room a large kitchen, including a washer, dryer dishwasher oven microwave cooking utensils, pots, and pans large fridge everything you could possibly need besides food and plates.

Loved everything about the family tent we stayed in. Had everything we needed. Its right on the beach too which was a huge plus for us. The staff were very prompt, professional, friendly & extremely helpful. We will be back.

A nice park at a great location on a beautiful beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice but quite small, with very little space around the bed (it was an accessible room so this was surprising). Unfortunately there wasn't much privacy out the front of the room so I couldn't make use of the verandah.

Absolutely loved this resort. Great facilities. But it’s the little things that stand out. Free BBQ and drinks one night, food trucks another and an enormous pool. Only stayed 2 nights, can’t wait to come back

The site is very quiet outside the turtle season. Easy access to the beach and a short drive to either Burnett Heads/Bargara for dining etc. New facilities which are in excellent condition.

Lovely out of the way place to stay surrounded by nature. Nothing nearby so be prepared to bring and prepare your own food. For the nature lovers. Others should stay in one of the nearby towns. Check out is a bit early (10am) so best for the early birds.

Wonderful find at short notice.

Comfortable, clean and semi self contained studio accommodation, more than sufficient for a one night stay. Would certainly return for another but longer stay into the turtle season as it seems a great base to further experience the local attractions.

Excellent units, very clean and new. Beds were comfortable as, quiet surroundings and great location. We visited just outside the turtle breeding season so didn’t get to experience the night tours but would be very worth while experience.

Beautiful laid out and built with full thought to conservation The studios are lovely Very well equipped and comfortable The swimming pool , communal kitchen are immaculate and it’s a fun place to be as a solo with all the families around The studios contain a microwave which is not enough to be self sufficient but a small walk over the kitchens for BBQ and ovens is fun Great base to do the Lady Musgrave from You will need a car though

Last minute selection and wow! Why didn’t we plan to stay longer! The studio had everything you needed! Fly screens, tissues, opportunities to recycle, pad and pen! The things you didn’t think you would miss! After being in QLD for ten days we missed fly screens and the opportunity to recycle. The bed was super comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, the shower has good water pressure and was hot! Planning a return visit!

We had a fantastic stay at Turtle Sands Resort! Our oceanfront room was absolutely beautiful — waking up to the sound of the waves and a stunning view was such a treat. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, plenty of towels, and all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed incredible views of the night sky and even spotted a few shooting stars. We loved the welcome BBQ to watch the rugby game — a fun and friendly touch! The resort is also in a great spot for exploring, with plenty of activities and attractions just a short drive away. We were thrilled to see kangaroos, turkeys, and lots of beautiful birds right around the property. Our only small wish was that the pool had been heated, as the winter water was a bit chilly. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — we’d definitely come back!

Room was clean and kitchenette well equiped. Fabulous camp kitchen and deck on site as well if further kitchen facilities needed. Although I didn’t use the pool, it was a fantastic pool with plenty of seating around
