"Staff were welcoming. I was afforded an early check-in due to my hotel membership. Good sized well appointed room. I had a view of Utrecht and canal form my room. Hotel is well located. "

"Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The walk to the tram stations is manageable normally, but dragging a heavy suitcase through snow and ice made it feel longer than it actually is. The staff at check in were excellent. Kate at the reception desk deserves a mention because she was incredibly friendly and genuine. Honestly, she’s the main reason I’m giving 5 stars.
