This was the most unique place we have ever stayed at and would recommend the apartment styles room to anyone. Our apartment was ina separate facility right down the road in a 1,000 year old church! We had a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, sitting area, and a bathroom. It was very clean and so quaint! We ate breakfast 2 mornings at the main house, which was delicious. We also had the option to eat dinner while we were there, which we did 1 night. Dinner was served outside overlooking the grape vines. There was a pool which we utilized every afternoon since the temperatures reached in the 90s while we stayed during the day. Even though there was no A/C, the apartment did cool down at night and was comfortable with the 2 fans running. If we could give any ideas to improve, it would only be to maybe add an air conditioner in the bedroom only, but like I said earlier, even though it was very hot during the day- it did cool down at night. Cool place!

Our stay was outstanding. We got to stay in an 8th century abbey! We had so much space and a full kitchen. Beautiful property. Our hosts were outstanding, very attentive, responsive, excellent breakfast prepared by the family, good wine made on-site, option for traditional dinner (we didn’t have it but it was nice to have the option), just wonderful overall! Laura and her daughters and husband do an amazing job.

La Ripolina, a family owned agriturismo, was more than we hoped for. Laura and daughters bring such heart and dedication to insuring their guests enjoy their stay. The food, the award winning wine and especially the cooking class has left us with treasured memories.

This was such an amazing location and beautiful experience. The place is super old which adds an immense character but at the same time there is a quirkiness and rustic quality that can be expected. The on-site food was beautiful although a touch on the expensive side (especially for children). It should be noted though that unfortunately the pool is only seasonal and wasn't available which was a surprise to us as it was a prominent feature in the listing. The mattresses were not the most comfortable.

Everything was clean and the people were very kind and helpful. Our room was definitely more like a city apartment and less like a cozy country stay. For the size of the bathroom, the shower was very small. The beds were very hard, although I appreciated the extra blankets. The courtyard could have been better presented. Breakfast was good, but not included in the price of the stay. Dinner was excellent. Cappuccini were mostly foam and no coffee.

Ripolina war unsere zweite Unterkunft der Reise. Wir konnten schon früher wie angegeben den Check-In machen. Laura&ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie konnten immer unsere Fragen beantworten. Wir haben uns im Apartment wie auch auf ganz Ripolina sehr und abgeholt gefühlt. Fern von dem lauten Stadtleben&dem Tourismus kann man auf Ripolina sehr gut entspannen und auf andere Gedanken kommen. Das Frühstück das Abendessen wie auch der Wein sind sehr lecker. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Soggiorno fantastico

Siamo stati 4 giorni nell agriturismo immerso nella campagna toscana ed è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Sembra di essere all’interno di un quadro. Dotato di piscina indispensabile per le calde giornate di agosto e di appartamenti con cucina e frigo. Deliziose le cene nella terrazza panoramica che hanno sapore di casa.
