"The room was decently cleaned, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately was severe weather in the area, including flash flooding, baseball size hail, tornadoes and loss of power. I understand those things happen, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. Most of us staying at the Property we’re traveling from areas that don’t have tornadoes frequently, so I feel some sort of communication should have been pushed out when the tornado sirens started going off."

"It was Extremely noisy from the loop outside the window. Bed was extremely hard. Unit worked well on one side of the room and barely reached the other side. I need a dark room to sleep but the blinds, both sets were jammed with about a foot of floodlights coming in Which led to very little sleep, when it was so noisy."
