"Only one working elevator and really stupid digital floor selector that makes it so you can’t see which floor you hit. There are only two reps do help even during busy times, don’t expect anyone to grab a door for you, even the $40 a night valet dudes who stand around smoking instead of helping. The bars drinks are completely watered down, the food is just bad and the room is so horribly basic the only thing you’re spending your money on is location, and there are plenty of cheaper places if that’s all that matters to you. The most disappointing hotel stay I have had in a very long while, and we stayed at a seedy motel during a road trip overnight last month. Save your money and your sanity and book somewhere else. "

"Room was clean but hotel is definitely needing an update. No smart TV (only broadcast/satellite which was iffy during the rainstorm), cracked upholstery on desk chair. I paid for a city view room and got a view of the parking garage next-door. When I called hotel management to inquire about this, they basically told me there was nothing they could do as none of their rooms offered a true city view."

"The rooms are a nice size. Clean linens and decent amenity. The carpets are filthy. They need to be steam cleaned to lift all that old dirt out. When wiping up some water the napkins was completely black. Gross.wear slippers. The bathroom ceiling starting to peel off. They were doing renovations in the room under me, which was hammering constantly in the morning, but the staff was wonderful and stopped their work so I could get some of my work done. They didn't start hammering again until a day and a half later when I left. "

"Unfortunately I didn’t have any coffee pods to make the in room coffee in the morning. “Ok no big deal” however then when I got in the shower there was no shower gel left in the container. The housekeeper clearly didn’t check to make sure the room was appointed. Not a bad sleep or stay but a little disappointed with two different items not being included. I had to run early or I would have gone to the front desk to correct."
