"No valet on hand when I arrived. Told to leave my vehicle on the steer in front of the hotel for 3 hours until valet arrived. Opted for self park and was told go just go find a lot nearby. Restaurant was closed even though goggle maps said it was open until 10 pm."

"The front desk employees were very nice. However, this was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Unfortunately we didn’t get back to our room until very late, so it felt too late to complain. The bedding was dirty, used bandages in the sheets; the towels were very rough; the room in general was just dirty; and the tv has spots in the screen where the lcd had burned out. The outside balcony area was neat, but very worn out cushions. In general- things looked like the pictures. I’m just really grossed out and disappointed because of what we paid."

"Rooms, bathroom and bed were clean, great to have the option of using kitchen appliances to. We were on the 1st floor, very convenient. The hotel rooms are looking a bit little bit dated and I'm sure will be undergoing some modernization in the near future."

"For a hotel at that price, it was very disappointing that the only way to have streaming services was to connect to the hotels WiFi. The issue was that it did not work the entire stay."

"I didn’t really know what to expect from this hotel before arrival but I can tell you I was blown away from the time I walked through the door! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself couldn’t be any more conveniently located for a good time. My room, even though I booked the cheapest one, was HUGE and was super clean with more than I could ever need! Their breakfast, omg, that breakfast! Made to order omelets, stuffed crepes, fresh fruit, potatoes and all the norms were out and STILL FULL 30 mins before they stopped serving. Only things that I could complain about, if I were nitpicking, is I wish breakfast hours were extended a little later (I wasn’t ready to get out of bed bc I was getting some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while) and no pool. The afternoon free drinks would have been sweet but there were so many people in the bar and I couldn’t get the bartenders attention so I didn’t get to partake. 10 out of 10 would completely recommend though! So worth the money. "

"My room was clean but had a cracked sink and the tub looked really bad. The noise from the other rooms and the street and traffic was horrible. I had to park in front near the front door and looked out to see a couple who were staying at the hotel basically all over my vehicle. I had to press the lock 3 times to flash the lights and that didn't get them away from it so I had to go down to the parking area which the elevator was so slow. I didn't make it out until they came inside the hotel. I wont be staying at this hotel again. I had to pay $26 for parking and had to deal with these people. My mattress was so over used it was very soft and squishy and my back is out because of it. Overall bad experience."
