"The stay at the hotel was great! Check in was very simple and the staff (Maggie) was especially helpful in setting aside a key for my boyfriend who was coming by later while I planned on taking a nap until he arrived.
The only issue I had was that the toilet wouldn't stop running until I dealt with it. Otherwise everything was fantastic! "

"The experience is easy and beautiful from the beginning, parking, checking in, baggage, and service. The room was clean and beautiful, great climate control, fluffy towels and the best fleece-lined robes are available in the room. The two beds offered both a more firm mattress and one had a softer experience which I love personally. The pillows too, many options of firm or soft. The staff was all super friendly and wonderful including the in-room service staff. My only wish is that the in-room dining - breakfast menu offered the same options as the dining room off the main lobby, however eating there in person was an incredible experience - one you shouldn’t miss. The cafe had fantastic cappuccino and lattes, options for kids, and fresh croissants and pastries. The grand lobby is a wonderful place to sip your coffee or tea in the morning. Would recommend the stay to anyone, will certainly book again! "
