Back at the Blue Farm House, you'll discover ultimate comfort and great amenities. Begin every day with a warm cup of coffee and a spectacular view of the lake, courtesy of the upstairs balcony. Make your way downstairs to a spacious living area boasting comfortable seating and a large TV, perfect for family movie nights. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and kitchen. With an open layout, this home encourages spirited conversation and laughter to drift effortlessly throughout its entirety. The full kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel appliances, plentiful counter space, and access to a lovely sunroom.
To ensure you're always comfortable and content, the home includes an Alexa smart speaker integrated with Sonos speakers, a large soaking tub, a walk-in shower, a private washer/dryer, and the home's central air-conditioning. The game room includes a foosball table, arcade basketball, darts, a TV, a bar, a kitchenette, and a media center. There is a desk available in the second bedroom for remote workers and students. The front porch has a gas grill and plenty of seating for everyone. The downstairs back porch includes a view of the lake and comfortable seating, and the upstairs balcony boasts lots of seating options.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
