All windows and door glass very dirty We found a cockroach in the kitchen, which made for additional expenses for disposal plates, cups, and silverware. Had to throw away opened cereal and bag all snacks. Convenience to Walmart and places to eat. Quite. Close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. "
