"A few grievances. Cleanliness. The public areas (living rooms, patio, kitchen) were decent upon arrival, however there were trash bags left behind by the previous renters, and we were left with no extras for the kitchen. There's slight damage in the blinds in the foyer that was not disclosed. The master bedroom's shower/yacuzzi was covered in dead bugs (the attached photo is the yacuzzi after attempting to wash out the dead bugs). With no cleaning supplies in the house, it was unusable. There was a piece of trash underneath the bedding that was found after stripping the sheets.Utilities. The refrigerator had no water, which was a slight inconvenience.Aside from those shortcomings, the stay was nice, and the host assisted me multiple times."

"Nice accommodations. Clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Other than a day without Internet service (the fault of AT&T, not the owner) we had a completely problem-free week in a nice home. Highly recommended.There is a computer monitor with HDMI cable in the office area--very useful for the road warrior or anyone who likes something bigger than a laptop screen."

We brought the cooler weather along with us and were very grateful for the heated pool. It was wonderful to wake up to the peaceful lake view each morning. "Hot tub and pool was amazing! Upon arrival the house was pretty dirty along with bedding. We ended up having to wash everything before we could sleep. Very few amenities were provided, i.e. shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels, blankets, toilet paper, etc. in comparison to other houses we have stayed at. "
