"Decent location, but hotel needs"

"I was very surprised when we arrived and the whole hotel is under renovations. While our room was clean the common areas are full of construction dust. I have been to hotels before during a renovation and they have definitely not looked like this one. No where on the listing was it listed that the hotel was undergoing a renovation. "

"We stay at this hotel alot and have never been disappointed. The rooms are always clean. The view of the river is beautiful.The restaurant on the property serves great seafood and beautiful Florida atmosphere. The staff is always friendly."

"I have never left a review before. Getting into the building was a real hassle; owner helped as much as possible. We believe the bed was a double and was extremely soft and sank in the middle so sleeping was not comfortable at all. The couch was also uncomfortable. View was nice."
