Well, I hate to leave a negative reviews. The building itself was fine. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. But, the main issue is, the non smoking room was subject to cigarette smoke infiltration. The surrounding rooms were also non-smoking. I am not sure where the cigarette smoke was coming from. Also, the AQI in Bursa that weekend was over 150. So there was no escape from bad air for me. Consequently, I became ill. It's a shame, because otherwise, the hotel is good value for money.

Comfortable but no atmosphere

Only 2 minutes walk from Kent Maydeni centre you can see the hotel sign from the square Immaculate room with dark furniture and ambient lighting Beautiful bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower, plenty of towels and hot water, although shower head was small, so not very powerful. Room air con didn't work sadly in my room, so room was cold. I didnt want to ask for someone to fix it as it wasnt important as was late. Comfortable bed. English speaking channel on TV was welcome to hear the news. Man on desk became a little angry when there was some miscommunication due to the language barrier and began talking over me and then complaing in his own language to a colleague in front of me. Made me feel uncomfortable and I found it disrespectful.. Breakfast was pre prepared as was Ramadam and not buffet but was adequate. No other guests were eating, so I sat alone. in an empty dining room and staff absent. Nice comfortable hotel but I was glad to leave.

Odalar güzel, temiz, çalışan arkadaslar super, kahvaltı fena degil, otel lokasyon super, tek büyük sikinti odalar cok sigara kokusu var, gece sigara odamda heryede cok kokuyor, havalandırma makinesi diğer odalardan sigara kokusu getiriyor. bu yüzden az konfor puan verildim.

Konumu cok guzel. Calisanlar da gayet ilgililer. Odalar rahat ve esyalar yeteri kadar yeni. Kahvaltisi da gayet yeterli. Tek problem odalarin temizligi, odanin kendisi temiz ama banyodaki mobilyalar cok tozluydu.(parmaginizla temizleyebilirsiniz) Tekrar gelsem kalırım.

Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen und von meiner Seite keine weiteren Empfehlungen. Habe mehr erwartet für 3200 TL. 0 🌟  Was Frühstück angeht: 🌟🌟 Für den Preis hätte man mehr bieten können.  Was Personal angeht, keinen guten Morgen oder Hallo, jedenfalls bei mir nicht, die gucken so komisch 0 Sterne 🌟  Was die Sauberkeit angeht, fragen die Putzfrauen, ob ich eine Reinigung brauche. Die sollen erstmal gut die Toiletten sauber halten. Für mich ist Hygiene das A und O, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nur der von der Rezeption war freundlich.

良かったです。

立地がとても良かったです。ホテルも綺麗でした。小さな機械トラブルがありましたが、スタッフの方が親切に誠実に対応してくださり、問題を解決する事ができました。ブルサに行く事があればまた利用してみたいホテルです。
