"If you have little ones in your group, this is an excellent choice! The barnyard animals were a hit! The property is beyond beautiful. Our family enjoyed kayaking, Petal boating, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming in the lake. The fire pit was a great place for s’mores and we even had a photo shoot on the property. The view is incredible. There were more than enough beds, linens, and towels for our group of 14. We felt like we could all spread out and The house is incredible. We loved most everything about it. The host lives on site above the garage and is involved throughout the visit, so just keep that in mind. Randy was very pleasant, thorough and informative. If you want total privacy, this is not the place for you. If you do not mind interaction with the host daily, you will love this property. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property."

"While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. Body lotion was not provided, and we were not informed beforehand. Towels were supplied for our three-day stay; however, two of them had noticeable stains. Also, one of the bedroom lamps was not functioning. In addition, the jacuzzi was operational, but the water temperature could not be adjusted. Aside from these issues, everything else was satisfactory, and we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful week in Big Canoe. The owner was always prompt with communication and facilitating an easy check in. He was really top notch. The house was a perfect fit for a family get together in the mountains. Plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 small children and one furry friend. After early week rain we were able to take advantage of the trails, golf, restaurant, pool and wellness center. All very well maintained.The screened porch at the house was a great way to enjoy a wonderful view and was popular. Kitchen was well stocked and the two car garage with additional refrigerator/freezer was nice to have. All bedrooms were comfortable and the priumary has a huge bathroom and closet.A great week at a wonderful house."

"Absolutely beautiful cottage!! Very clean and well stocked for short or long stays! Definitely a family friendly place. Close to all kinds of outdoor activities, perfect for the couples or individuals who love to be outside!! Host was amazing!!! Communication was very easy as well as check in! "This VRBO stay was easily one of our favorites. The apartment was spotlessly clean and is beautifully decorated, with a warm, inviting feel. We spent a lot of time on the lovely outdoor deck, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and the sounds of nature. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed the comfy bed!Verron’s thoughtful touches throughout the space really add to the overall experience. She is a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
