"수습직원 교육 중이라 그런지 체크인 속도가 상당히 더뎠습니다. 그리고 2대 있는 엘리베이터가 규모가 작다보니 체크아웃이 몰리는 아침에는 너무 혼잡합니다. 객실 청결은 매우 훌륭하고 토요코인의 조식은 정갈하고 맛있습니다."

"Very dark. Not what we expected according to photos. The whole hotel is gloomy, dark and very musty. In the lifts and hallways there are no windows, no air conditioning and no fans.
