It’s bigger than I thought it would be. Also it comes with washing machine so it made things much easier. Also dryers are in the first floor. It may get crowded getting on an elevator during check out time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. It’s just 5-8 minute walk from the ocean and pretty quiet at night.

The Haeundae, Busan location is very convenient and close to lots of dining options, shopping areas, the beach and the subway stations. It was easy to go from one place to another as there are lots of taxisin the area as well if you prefer that over public transportation. The building was easy to locate and the room was clean with all the amenities we needed for our stay. There are 2 convenience stores as well, one just outside the lobby and one across the building. Though there is a washing machine in the room, I really liked that there is a laundry room in the lobby as it's much faster than the one in the room. We used both amenities and it's totally convenient! There is also a luggage storage, which is a plus for lots of travelers though I didn't use that service. I recommend staying at this place.

WARNING! Do not trust the room description.

I ordered a premium room with queen and 2 twin futon beds which cost extra yet the room only came with 1 queen bed and no futons. I contacted the hotel and they told me tough luck and refused to give me a discounted fee. Also, it says it has a pool but the pool has been non operational for years!

Parking available but limited. And difficult to register your car prior to arrival. Overnight parking is expensive. Had difficulties of getting in and out due to property error not registering my vehicle properly. Artificial grasses in the complex has some debris from past.

Très bien situé

Très bien situé, belle vue. Proche de tout, plage, animation, metro, alimentation...Literie bonne et salle de bain super. Petit balcon. Wifi ok. Seul bémol, pas de table ni de chaises. Nous avons demandé et on nous a répondu qu'il y avait une table basse et 2 fauteuils. Il a donc fallu manger pliés en deux. Pas cool !

民宿主人幫忙升級房型，有問題會立即反應。房間內什麼都有，缺生活用品樓下就有便利商店。地點很好，是海雲台最熱鬧的地方，有24小時的餐廳，離地鐵近。 因為評價不多，入住資訊前一天才提供，可能是因為要清理房間並改電子鎖密碼。所以入住前還是有點怕怕的，但入住後完全改觀，還不錯long stay的點。

지인들과 재밌는 부산여행

부부동반으로 5섯집이 총 10명이 갔고 한방에 5명 숙박했는데 지인분들이 방 잘 잡았다고 칭찬받았고 바닥이 어찌나 따뜻하고 리조트처럼 간단하게 끓여먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 화장실에 수건도 넉넉하고 프론트즉 전화로 안내해 주시는데 친절하게 안내해 주셨어요. 다음에 부산가면 또 예약해서 부모님과 같이 가볼 계획입니다.

이 숙소는 한국인이 운영합니다. 막상 주소로 검색하면 다른 업체가 많고 후기가 없어서 고민을 했지만 신생인 것 같아요. 제가 예약한 방은 방과 거실이 분리 되어있는 1.5룸 형태였고, 방에 문이 있고, 창문은 유리로 투명했습니다. 세탁기, 드라이기, 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시, 수건, 빗, 양치도구, 퐁퐁, 수세미가 비치되어있고, 제가 배정받은 층은 20층 이상이어서 뷰도 좋았어요. 시장통 주변에 위치했으나 시끄럽지 않았어요. 사장님도 친절하셨습니다. 신형 그렌저로 입차했는데 주차장 폭이 좁아서 어려웠어요. 지하로 입차하지만 주차타워입니다.(주차료 별도 발생) 그래도 주차공간이 있어 좋았어요. 사장님의 친절에 감사드립니다. 이 후기는 2024.11.20.기준 작성되었습니다.
