The room was great! The staff was nice. I had a corner room where I was able to see the beach and the sunrise. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. There were signs of previous water damage in spots around the window, but it seemed old. The Room Genie was weird, but you could disable it.

A very nice hotel, serviceminded staff and superbly located close to the sea. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, The amazing rooftop pool and sauna was exquisite

We loved the Baymond. Had an upper floor king - ocean view room. Room was awesome. Huge bath tub. Rooftop pool and hot tub was amazing! Staff wonderful. Highly recommend.

Liked the rooftop pool and sauna was a bonus staff were good very clean hotel 3 minutes from beach and not far from Busan main shopping area good for nearby restaurants,will be coming back in the future for a longer stay hopefully.

It might not be a 5 star hotel, but the team was absolutely amazing. V stayed at property for 3 night with 3 adults in 1 room. Rooms were cleans and tidy. V chose to get our rooms made up daily. Hotel is close to Train stations and beach. V have room with ocean view, v enjoyed it If u are planning to spend most of ur time outside, I will recommend this hotel

Positives-very clean, great location, helpful friendly reception staff. Negatives-the pool sunbeds do not look like the pictures, no cushions and very uncomfortable, the pool closes every day at 12 noon till 1.30 pm you cant drink a starbucks coffee in reception or on the rooftop, you have to take it to your room.

I had a wonderful stay here during my trip to Busan. Location is very convenient in Haeundae which is walkable to the beach, restaurants, stores, and the traditional street market. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and hot shower. The staff was very friendly, great with international travelers, and helped me book a large taxi at checkout. Highly recommended place to stay!

Overall we had a good stay. The hotel is on the cozier side, not a big hotel. It was clean. The highlight is definitely the pool, our kids enjoyed it a lot. The rooftop pool was comfortable with food and drink options available on site. Only thing is no restroom at the pool. We had to go to our room. But it wasn’t a big deal as the hotel isn’t too busy so waiting on the elevators never took too long. Convenient location to restaurants and light shopping.

Great little budget hotel about a block from the beach and the touristy street. Small rooms but comfy. Greta views from the heated rooftop pool. Staff were very nice, breakfast was great. They have a buy but one get one free offer for the entire month of May.

The bathtub was wonderful. The view was fantastic. The service was excellent. I think the bed was a little lumpy, maybe needs to be upgraded, but overall the room was comfortable and cleaning was excellent. The shower was excellent. Some construction around the property but still quiet in the room and walking distance to main street of Haeundae & all transport options. A wonderful stay!
