Nice LoCation Near by the Beach area and spacious I like the washroom big Space Looks good for Family Guest or people lots of stuff 100% Recommended for solo Travelers
I really enjoyed my stay in Black Canvas. I appreciated the small capacity(only 4 beds), the privacy(having a bed with a curtain), the spaciousness of the room & the bunk itself - besides fiting the matress there was still room next to it to put your things, like a long shelf along your bed (at least for the bottom bed). Also the height of the bed was great, i didnt feel like i slept inside a drawer.A personal light, outlet, a couple hooks & a shelf inside the bunk were also just perfect. The matress & pillow were comfy & the blanket was thick.I liked having a personal bathroom(separate toilet room, sink area & a shower room) for only 4 of us, there was never an issue with taking showers.
The place was regualrly cleaned so it looked very neat, while the room overall is definitely not new - the walls, the beds had obvious signs of wear, but still very clean. The shower room was updated & had no issues with water. Our room also had an AC which was very much appreciated during the hot season. You can also have your windows opened, but it is in a semi-busy area & living on the 2nd floor we heard everything that happened on the streets.May be higher floors or different room location wouldnt have that issue. The common area was also lovely with room to hang out & eat.it also had a full kitchen & a fridge, so even though you cant eat in the room, you had plenty of opportunities to store food & even cook on the first floor. Check in was easy & staff responsive via messaging& accomodating
This is the next best thing to a solo room!! You have your own bed space and can close the curtain to be alone. There is tons of space to the side of the bed and a ledge above your head to put belongings on. There is a charging plug by your head. I feel so refreshed after my stay here and having my own space!!
We’re family of four with two young kids, this is our first time travel in Busan, we had our first three nights at this hotel, the location is convenient with restaurants, convenience stores, laundry, the bay101, sea life aquarium and it’s roughly 7-10 minutes by walk to Dongbaek station. As it is the hostel, we cannot choose people who are staying next door to us, our first two nights was very noisy with the next door neighbours speaking, playing games and laughing very very loud. We hear “BANG-BANG” each time when they enter and close their entrance door in the middle of nights… the third night was much more calm for us as the next door neighbours left their room. Beside the neighbours noise, everything is fine with the hostel, the staff is kind and friendly, the hostel has a shared kitchen and dining tables/chairs for use. There is also a resting area to read and write.
I enjoyed my staying there. It was so convenient to take bus as Unchon busstop nearby is and to Haeundae beach is walkable. The staff was really nice and welcoming. I will definitely book there next time
Around 10-minute walk to the Haeundae Beach. The hostel didn't provide locks for the safes (as may guests lost the locks in the past), but overall I had a good stay here.
