For the price, this place was a steal. Very comfortable and close to food and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again if I find myself back in Busan.
The hotel was so close to the Haewoondae beach and all of the amazing eatery and sightseeing. The Junior Suite we stayed at was marvelous. Amazing scenery and accomodation. Will return for sure.

Very nice and convenient location to Haeundae beach. Nice staff, spoke English as well so foreign friendly
The staff, condition of the rooms, the proximity to public transport, and the area around it are fantastic. The staff were helpful whenever small issues arose, and the room was well maintained while I stayed there.
This hotel deserves all the praise it can get.
I paid more for a room with a view of the beach which was nice. The room was spacious clean and comfy. The area close to the beach but obviously far from the other main sites of busan. It seemed nice and new and quiet but maybe because not busy season. The paid breakfast the next day saved me after some food poisoning 😆 overall nice stay
Basic place for a good price. Perfect for if you’re looking for a clean place to sleep and keep your stuff safe while you are out most of the day. Our room was small but decent for the price.
This hotel was magnificent. Our room was so big and made us feel so comfortable. Staff were so attentive and a 24hr e-mart is attached to the hotel for anything you need. Also right in the heart of Haeundae beach so we barely had to leave the area. 10/10
The hotel itself is beautiful and provides nice touches. I was upgraded to a sea view without asking. Nice. A small thing, but it is the hospitality industry, the staff just didn't feel hospitable. Still, I would stay there again. It's a great value and a beautiful hotel.

Was sooo loud during our stay. Housekeeping lady did an excellent job everyday cleaning our room
But construction early in the morning!!! Cant sleep in.
Location is convenient , walking distance to 101 bay yacht . Seven eleven , CU very right next to the building. Front desk lady is professional.
Complaint about the smell from the toilet around 11pm ish… kinda like a sewage smell…
Loud construction sound starts around 7 in the morning ::(((

What I like about this hotel: excellent location, couple of minutes walk to the Haeundae beach and short walking distance (~5 minutes or less) to the Gunam-ro commerce street and the metro station. My room seemed to be relatively fresh from a recent remodeling and reasonably clean.
What I don't like: as some other reviewers pointed out, the bathroom was filled with fairly strong sewage odor, probably coming from the floor drain.
What should be equipped: bidet, shower curtain, disposable slippers. Placing used slippers just yuk.
I booked a room with partial ocean view. The balcony was in a triangle shape, tiny by size with a huge pillar in the middle. It could barely fit a chair. The railing was way too high and obstructive for me to enjoy the view. I'm above average tall by Korea standard and felt like I was peeking behind prison bars.
My overall rating would be 2.5 over 5.

Everything is good, except the wall outlet. There’s no wall outlet next to your bed, there’s no lamps next to your bed. So if you need to get up in the middle of the night, you have to get up and find the wall to turn on the light. There’s only one outlet which is far away from your bed. So if you want to charge your phone and use it while you’re laying down. Make sure you get a 10ft charging cord.
We liked this hotel because it was close enough to walk to the main area at Haeundae with all the restaurants and bars, but also far enough away that we didn’t have a lot of noise at night. You can hear loud, racing cars from the main street, but it’s not loud enough to be much of a bother.
The hotel was also very clean. It’s not unusual to find a random hair from a previous occupant when staying in Korean hotels, but we didn’t have that issue.
Only complaints are with the shower. The temperature of the water fluctuated on its own - suddenly really hot or quite cool. Also, like most Korean showers, despite the door closing and there being some sealant to keep water in, there was still a small puddle outside the shower door.
