This hotel is very near to Busan station. The employees were considerate. Toothbrushes were not equipped in our room, and we were able to buy them at the vending machine in front of the information service. The cost was very reasonable. A restaurant, which is very famous for “参鶏湯”, is in front of this hotel.

Greta hotel near Busan Station. Easy access to restaurants and Public transportation. Comfy and roomy accommodations. Would stay here again. Paid and extra 30,000won for 3 extra hours after checkout time.

Above and beyond customer service

The family room was spacious and comfortable. Their customer service is what really won me over. Their staff went above and beyond to locate my cell phone that I had accidentally dropped in an Uber. I was worried that I had lost my phone forever but their staff tracked it down and I was reunited with my phone the next day. They called a cab company on my behalf and gave them directions to the police station where my phone was eventually taken by the Uber driver the night before. I truly appreciate what they did and I will always remember their service.

Great location in Busan for access to train and passenger ferry terminal. Hotel was easy to find via NAVER and check-in was seamless. Staff was kind enough to call some businesses for me since I don’t speak Korean. Very clean and spacious rooms. Their bathroom showers aren’t set up to drain well so water does soak into the wood floor in the room. Seems to be a known issue

Older Hotel with Great Views of City

It was a quick 2 night stay. Hotel easy walking distance from KTO train station. Room was fine. Beds firm but nice to have 2 sinks. Great views from roof. Only 2 disappointments: Requested ahead of time put our 3 families next to each other they didn't, we were on separate floors; 2nd DONT sit outside in roof patio area. Astroturf harbors mosquitoes. Got bit 7x in a few mins!
