Great location. Near the big shopping centers and subway and beach. The host can speak limited English but they use translators. The apartment only has 4 beds. So be careful about the 8-10 people. The extra 2 people need to be on the couch not couch sofa.

From check-in to checkout every detail was perfect & the customer service was excellent. We had a partial oceanview room that was an upgrade at check-in & was such a nice addition. The location is close to the market & other recommended hot spots. We will definitely come back again.

The view and the location is phenomenal. Size of the unit seemed fine. Few things: the unit is dated with a few things that seemed run down. One of the shower area with eroded separated tiles. Bidet with broken buttons (very old). Bathroom had urine smell that did not go away. Overall, great deal for location.

Expectations are everything. I primarily rated this property based on price and what you get. After stepping in, you quickly realize that you just paid for a property on the beach, which in of itself is great. However, this is not an excuse to be in rundown and under furnished accommodation. The room was quite rundown and dated. Not in bad shape necessarily, but things like obvious water damage, cheap barely working fixtures, like bath faucets. No shower curtain in one of the showers. No bedside stands for one of the beds. One, three seat sofa, nothing to hang wet clothes, not allowed to use washer/dryer, other bedroom had nothing to rest luggage on and no cabinet to put clothes away. Kitchen was ok with enough cooking equipment to get by for a few days but the gas was off to the stove. The pool was nice but had limited hours and they are extremely strict about the rules and etiquette. You have to have a swim cap! The fitness centre was really good despite dated equipment. I do have to say that the staff are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job cleaning. The room was very clean despite some dirty drawers which are obviously not cleaned often, but that's not a deal breaker. Again, I'd just say be careful especially since the photos are not representative of the unit.

The location was great. Right on the beach and lots of places for coffee, food and drinks. Not far from the subway either. For one person the place was spacious to say the least. For a larger group the layout was also really good and the kitchen suitable for fixing meals (not that I cooked for myself). Without a little Korean I think the checking would have been difficult. The sign saying I need to go to the 2nd floor in a different building was only in Korean. While for a weekend stay washer and dryer are not needed but the listing indicated guest could use the ones in the apartment. But the signs on the washing and dryer suggested that was not the case. There is a lot of minor repairs that should be made and given the price was surprised to see how poorly maintained parts of the apartment were. Nothing necessary but aesthetically was a bad look. If not for that I would highly recommend the location.

What it did offer was a huge room I got the presidential suite super super large with four bedrooms but only three had a bed and as soon as I got downstairs is literally a 3 minute walk right to the beach get your feet on the sand awesome views of the beach from my hotel as well was very happy and satisfied.

The staff is very helpful and it’s very convenient to haeundae beach and town. The bedrooms are a bit sparse—no bedside tables and mattress is extremely firm. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The condo is modern, clean and has everything you need. The staff is impressively very quick to respond. Access to beach is great and views are fantastic. We had a great time.
