I really liked the customer service at this hotel and it’s near some very good restaurants/cafes. I appreciate how much quieter this area is and it was a good place to stay since we were interested in visiting the two cultural villages nearby. The view was beautiful and the room was very clean.

This is a brand new hotel and it’s quite lovely. The staff is eager to help and the fitness facility is outstanding. The only difficulty we had was getting a taxi to take us into town

Amazing! Rooms were beautiful. Service everyone was kind and helpful. Wish we tried the cafe downstairs sooner. Green onion bagel is the best ever!

두번째 숙박하게된 이그제크티브 3인실, 방은 17층 고층으로 배정받아 방에서 바라본 부산바다전경이 마치 크루즈를 탄 것 같습니다. 라운지 음식은 식사로 먹기에는 약간 부족하지만 술과함께하기에는 적당했습니다. 아침 조식도 훌륭했구요. 다음에 또 이용할 것 같습니다

Sehr schönes Hotel, komfortable, gut eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Aber zuviel "Hotel Policies": Nutzung des Hotel Pools zeitlich limitiert und nur in slots, sehr restriktive Late Departure Regeln, keine Moeglichkeit fuer ausgecheckte Hotelgäste vor einem späten Flug sich noch einmal frisch zu machen.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. 10/10. The staff was always very helpful and anticipated anything you would need to make sure your stay was comfortable. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The views were incredible and the gym was very nice. I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel. Also walking distance to Song-Do beach
