On arrival, the property’s farm style entry gate open onto a meandering drive which leads you up to a very private and impressive home, set amidst acres of rural countryside. While being peaceful and tucked away from it all, it’s only a few minutes’ drive to award winning restaurants, boutique wineries, artisans and beaches.

The Space

Guests entering the home will find themselves in an elegant foyer with stunning Blackbutt flooring which flows throughout the living areas of the home adding a warmth and elegance. The house itself is exceptionally spacious, so every member of the group will be able to enjoy their own privacy.

To the right of the entry a long passageway leads to 4 bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed with privacy in mind and each with their own ensuite and views of the landscape.

Via the main entry and passageway, you will enter an expansive and impressive open-plan living area with 10-seater dining area that opens to a large entertaining courtyard with BBQ and alfresco dining facilities. Perfect place for a late afternoon get-together over a glass of wine sourced from the region and a lazy BBQ dinner.

The dining area is furnished with a long solid wood table and comfortable chairs. Adjacent to this area is a lounge/media area with comfortable leather seating which is the place to hunker down and watch TV or sit around and have a long overdue chat.

The kitchen has to be seen to be believed - it’s a gourmet’s dream with everything you could possibly need, including heaps of bench space.

There is also another living area where you can sit back, relax on the sofas and take in the stunning views while you plan your next day’s activities.

Located near world-class wineries and galleries, there is plenty to do and keep you active during your stay in the south west.

Last one to bed can turn off the living area lights and with any luck it will be you, as the master bedroom is located off of the living area at the back of the home - complete with luxurious master ensuite and bath.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning is throughout the home for your comfort. Also available is a well-equipped laundry, washing line and garage.

This home flows easily and will provide families or friends with memorable get togethers whilst also offering privacy and separation.
