The Loop is a meticulously designed resort-style home, combining contemporary luxury with rural charm. The open-plan living area features vaulted ceilings and expansive windows, flooding the space with natural light and framing stunning valley views. Perfect for families or groups, the property includes:



Master Bedroom: Queen bed, private ensuite with a freestanding bath, and walk-in robe.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with built-in robes.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, carpeted with built-in robes.

Bedroom 4: Two single beds and a study area, ideal for kids or remote work.



The home boasts a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite benchtops, a home theatre room, and multiple outdoor entertaining areas, including a pizza oven and BBQ.



Built in 2018, The Loop is set on 2.5 acres of peaceful rural land, offering a sanctuary for relaxation and connection. Its interiors feature premium materials, including granite and custom stonework, paired with stylish furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the pool, outdoor entertaining areas, and landscaped grounds. Secure on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
