The hotel and our room was so clean and smelled so fresh. Everyone was so nice and polite. It didn’t matter who we spoke to everyone was so friendly. Always saying good morning and have a good day.

The Pfister Hotel
Perfect stay at an iconic hotel. Having a drink in the 23rd floor lounge is an absolute must. Staff is polished and professional. Hope to stay there again.

Nice looking rooms, comfy bed, Keurig, but not great pillows. Strangely shallow sink. The worst part was how poorly the loft rooms were insulated for noice. Very spacious. I did not expect two bedrooms I thought for the price I was paying it was one bedroom with a pull out bed and I was fine with that. The closets in the bedrooms are large.
