"Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb vom Stadtkern, dafür wird man mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den See belohnt. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten. "This family run modern hotel is in an ideal location very close to the beach(150m) and to bars a restaurants but also a quiet spot at the end of a Cul de sac with ample parking. We had a suite with huge terrace and panoramic views to the sea. We will definitely choose this hotel again if the opportunity came along to visit Ksamil again. It such a beautiful place and the Albanian people so friendly and helpful"

"This was a lovely sized Apartment situated within easy walking distance of the beaches and has a nice view over the river. There was parking at the property, a swimming pool and the hosts were very friendly. WiFi was good, the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cooking pans etc…and the beds were comfy. Just to be aware of the apartment is about 10-20metres down an unpaved street however the road is still in relatively good condition. This was very near a 5 star but for one thing....

"A very comfortable stay in a basic apartment. The family who run this place are so lovely and kind and gave us wonderful advice for exploring the area. The location of the hotel is a short walk to shops and beaches. There is no view of the sea but we did have a view of next doors pool from our balcony. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Ksamil. "

"I can't say enough good things about Divo Palace! The couple who owns it are very friendly and helpful, and keep the place *spotless*. I can't believe it's almost 20 years old; it looks brand new. "My only compliant was that there were ants entering the Apt in the kitchen area. The property is filled with plants and fruit trees etc, they may have been entering through a wall.
