Host was very welcoming, and everything you could think of was available. Spotless, and comfortable, the apartment made our stay so relaxing. Butte is a fabulous city and the location of this apartment made it easy to access all the unique history uptown has to offer as well as the campus of Montana Tech and the Mining Museum. Would absolutely spend more time in this apartment!

Family Thanksgiving

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Dawson’s place and we couldn’t love it more! Everything was clean and cozy and exactly as advertised. This will be our “go to” whenever we are lucky enough to visit Butte.

Absolutely perfect accommodations!

The apartment was newly remodeled and so comfortable! The queen bed amazingly comfortable and we slept so well! I was especially happy that we could sit out on the porch and enjoy the sun going down! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit family. The host was so gracious and accommodating!!

Good location

Loved our stay - location was easy for my activities at Montana Technological University and uptown. The park was nice for a good run with the dogs and the neighborhood provided an easy place to take a walk. The property was clean and as advertised - they even added an iron and ironing board so our dress clothes would look nice. I was very pleased with our 10-day stay.

The condo was perfect. It was within walking distance of downtown and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Dawson was easy to get in touch with if I had any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Studio in uptown Butte.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located in uptown Butte. We highly recommend it for a couple or group of people of four or less. The rental was furnished with all necessary cookware, plates and utensils, appliances, linen, and towels.

Beautifully remodeled home - great place to stay

The home has been superbly remodeled. Includes all the things you wld need - extra blankets, dishware, plenty of fluffy towels. Super clean! Very comfortable and easy to get to. There’s a park across the street. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our visit!

The condo served our needs perfectly for a long weekend in Butte while attending a wedding. Very well appointed and spotless! The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. The bed was comfortable too! We walked into ‘downtown’ Butte one morning for breakfast and to visit some of the historic buildings. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was directly in front of the house. I would stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

This condo has been redone beautifully and we had a wonderful time staying here. It was close enough to uptown Butte where we could walk if we wanted, but parking was easy as well when we chose to drive. Cute little details throughout made the home unique and comfortable. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the city.

Excellent stay

We stayed in the modern condo for two nights. It was great! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. It was very comfortable for two people. Note that you must go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. No big deal for a couple, but might be awkward for 3 or 4. The bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. We enjoyed the ROKU tv. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
