"For the price we paid, the room was very nice compared to two and three times the expense of other hotels within the past 2 weeks experiences in the same city of El Paso. As far as the amenities such as a gym or the swimming pool, they are quite substandard. The pool is 0% usefulness, but if the pool gets cleaned in the near future then maybe it'd be a good summer time stop. The gym is at 40% usefulness. The purpose of our stay was to sleep, and therefore it worked very nicely to that end. "

"I just needed a place to crash after arriving late from the airport. It was quick and easy to get to walking from the terminal. Bed was good. The building is definitely outdated and needed a remodel."

"This is my go-to place to stay if I need to catch an early flight in El Paso. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable and the 24 hour shuttle is a great amenity. The only problem is the showers - sometimes the hot water takes a long time to cut on. "

"This hotel was not well maintained. I will give it high marks for location, nothing else. The staff at check in did not share about the welcome gift and was not friendly or professional. She was tending to her clothes at the front desk. The facility was dirty and no one made an effort to clean. The same snot rag on the floor of the elevator was the at check in and check out. The lobby bathroom was short on toilet paper and the outdoor space was full of smokers."
