"I had a great time when I stayed at the Comfort Inn! I interacted with staff numerous times and they were always informative and friendly. My room was spotless and my bed was very comfortable. The best part was how quiet my room was - something I've not had the pleasure of with other hotels. I'll definitely be staying here next year when I come back again for the YEDA Nationals. Thank you for your hospitality!!!"

"The bathroom was clean but needs updating. The toilet fan needs to be replaced. It almost doesn't start and when it does start it is very loud. The air conditioning controls did not work. I could not control the temperature or fan speed. I don't know if the control was broken or controlled by the Hotel. Regardless, I was hot all night and slept terribly."

"Our stay at Lexington, VA Holiday Inn Express was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and immaculately clean, the outdoor patio was very nice and inviting. The breakfast offered several options and was all fresh and tasty. The only recommendation I have is to put up a sign off the main road as the entrance is set back. Other than that, it was an exceptional experience."

"Amazing location of the property. BUT Room housekeeping was poor, furniture was dusty, bed linens was old, bathroom conditions were really poor. Not maintained at all. Although the view from the room balcony was amazing. I gave a verbal feedback to the front desk on check out- but the associate was not willing to accept the room feedback. Says she personally inspected the room the day before my check in and it was clean !!! Had a very negative attitude and I think every organization should be willing to take the negative and positive feedbacks to improve their business."
